How do I place an order?
Orders from our weekly menus are placed & paid for via our website only. It allows for product clarity, maintains accurate product availability and streamlines payment processing.
What is the “weekly menu”?
While some products may be offered routinely we are a small home operation that enjoys using seasonal & locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
As a result our menu offerings will vary week to week.
Please note: the menu posted on our site will always be for orders to be picked up the following week.
How do pre-orders work?
Every Sunday a new weekly menu will be posted. Orders can be placed on our site from Sun- Wed of that week. Inventory of each item on the menu is limited to what we can offer for production that week while maintaining our quality standards. This is determined by ingredient availability & permitted time among other factors.
Can I order something not on the weekly menu?
Why not?
Seriously though in a world where what we consider food seems to be an ever changing landscape it’s increasingly more difficult to know what to trust. Our mission is to grow, bake, cook and eat the safest foods possible. That includes what we provide to our community as well. We want what we bake to not only taste good but to feel & be good!
We hope to become a certified organic operation in the future!
How do I collect my order?
Orders are baked & filled for pick up on Saturdays unless otherwise stated via the weekly menu.
They can be collected in person during the designated pick-up window. Or they can be collected via porch pickup through the day for more flexibility if preferred.
Are you licensed?
Yes! Coastal Crumb CT is a fully licensed cottage kitchen. In addition to satisfying state requirements to operate as a micro-bakery we are also registered and insured in Connecticut.
You can shop with confidence knowing we are doing everything possible to bring you safe, quality products!
Why non-GMO?
While we limit pre-orders to the available weekly products we do accept custom orders (typically for events) time permitting.
